How-tos

I've added a wiki to explain how to do common things like run X-Windows and install your own blog. They can be found here. Feel free to add a blank page concerning something you'd like explained in a step by step fashion.

iSpace

The College runs a virtual server called "iSpace" which provides file storage, web publishing and other services to all faculty and students of the College. The College can create a similar server environment running Linux or Windows 2003 Server ™ with specialized software for use in a course. You (and your students, if desired) can access the server in a number of ways including ssh and VNC or RDC. If you'd like to learn more about these technologies, please contact Dr. Peter Jörgensen.
